Acceptable Use Policy

Recovery Agent is a trading name and product of Proja AI Ltd, Company No. 16963746, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Recovery Agent platform and services.
1. Permitted use
The platform may be used only for the recovery activity described in the applicable engagement terms, by named users acting within their assigned role and authority.
2. Prohibited conduct
Sharing credentials or bypassing multi-factor authentication; attempting to access another organisation's data; extracting data beyond the scope of your role; uploading malware; uploading special category personal data without instruction; using the platform to harass a counterparty; or using outputs to make claims that are not supported by evidence.
3. Counterparty conduct
Counterparty collaborators may use the portal only to review the cases shared with them, respond, upload evidence and propose resolution. Attempting to access unshared records or other counterparties' matters is prohibited.
4. Agent use
Agent-assisted drafts must be reviewed by a competent human before use. Presenting an unreviewed agent output as a validated finding, an issued case or a confirmed recovery is a breach of this policy.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and we record all access and material actions in an append-only audit log.
