Commercial terms
Commercial terms are agreed transparently within each engagement. Fee basis, excluded recoveries, minimum fees, caps, VAT treatment and the definition of confirmed recovery are all recorded in the engagement terms and reflected in every fee statement.
Fee statements are generated for approval. Recovery Agent does not issue an invoice automatically, and avoided future leakage is never fee-eligible.
